WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO HAVE GOOD SUCCESS?

“Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and have a good success.” (Joshua 1:8)

In our pursuit of success, we often strive for achievements that bring us recognition, wealth, and power. However, there’s a difference between ordinary, everyday success and “good success.”

Ordinary Success
Ordinary success is often measured by external factors such as:

• Career advancement
• Financial gain
• Social status
• Material possessions
  (While these accomplishments may bring temporary satisfaction, they can also lead to an unfulfilling and shallow existence.)

Good Success
Good success, on the other hand, is rooted in a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment. It’s characterized by:

• A strong sense of identity and values
• Meaningful relationships and connections
• A clear sense of direction and purpose
• Inner peace and contentment
  (Good success is not just about achieving external goals, but also about cultivating a rich inner life.)

By prioritizing our spiritual growth and development, we can experience a deeper sense of purpose and fulfilment that goes beyond ordinary success.
