THE POWER OF SELF COMPASSION
(Matthew 22:39, Luke 6:31)

Do not confuse self-compassion with self-pity. If you want to be happy or make others happy, you must learn to be compassionate to yourself first. We often push ourselves too hard, overstretch our shortcomings, and punish ourselves for our errors and failures.

Practicing self-compassion can transform our lives and the world around us. The desire to be compassionate to others must start with being compassionate to yourself.

When you believe in yourself and become compassionate towards yourself, you unlock the doors to limitless possibilities for yourself and others.

Be gentle with yourself, accept your imperfections, and learn from your mistakes.
