WHAT MANNER OF MAN IS THIS?

(Mark 4:39–41; Hebrews 13:8)

On a stormy sea, Jesus rose and spoke three words “Peace, be still” and the winds and waves obeyed.

His disciples marvelled, and questioned, “What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey Him?”

This is the same Jesus who walks into the storms of our lives. His authority and power are unmatched, and His presence brings peace even to the most turbulent situations. *No challenge, no pain, no fear is too great for Him to calm, restore, redirect and cause to prosper

We are reminded that “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever” just like he promised saying: “I will be with you till the end of time” The One who calmed the storm then is the same One who can quiet the storms in our hearts now.

What “storm” in your life needs Jesus’ kind of peace today? Peace that passeth all understanding
