Learn to be quick to understand other people’s feelings, perceptions and reactions. Be slow to judge them bearing in mind that the same measure we use to judge others will be used against us.

Everyone has a story and a struggle that influences their mood and reaction at each point in time. Our earthly journeys flow through different roads, patterns and speed.

Consciously resist taking offence when others wrongly vent their anger on you. (Harsh words only breed more hurt when met with harshness.)

By choosing empathy and kindness over harsh reactions, we create a safe space where love, healing, and growth can flourish because true Love truly heals all wounds.

Respond to provocation with kindness and understanding, just as God shows us compassion and mercy.

Do not allow others dump their garbage on you.
