FAITH OVER FEELINGS
Scripture:
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” (2 Corinthians 5:7)
Faith is not a feeling; it is a spiritual conviction that stands firm even when the senses say otherwise. The perfect description of faith is absolute trust in God’s ability to keep His promise.
Feelings, on the other hand, fluctuate with circumstances, mood, and environment—often acting like shifting sand. Faith, however, anchors itself in the unchanging Word of God.
Your body may feel weak, your mind may grow weary, and your circumstances may look impossible, but faith declares, “I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.” When your faith transforms into absolute trust, it begins to act more than it speaks.
True healing begins when you choose to believe God’s Word above your symptoms. When you shift your focus from what you feel to what God has said, you activate divine power within you, and your words begin to create substance rather than remain empty declarations.
Faith is the language of the Spirit. It calls things that are not as though they already exist. And because faith speaks from a place of absolute trust, greater things become a natural part of your life.
Food for thought: Choose faith over feelings even when your body struggles or your heart feels faint.
