CHANGE STARTS FROM WITHIN
Nothing changes physically unless it first changes internally. Until your mind is refocused and re-educated, you cannot truly alter your old ways and ideas.
The Apostle Paul continually emphasised this truth when he said, “Be transformed by the renewal of your mind” (Romans 12:2). He understood the deep connection between the physical and the spiritual.
Our thoughts and emotions are two powerful forces that shape our belief system and eventually manifest as either positive or negative realities.
Negative emotions such as anger, revenge, hatred, and envy destroy our well-being and strain our relationship with both God and others.
As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he (Proverbs 23:7). Our thoughts and emotions are the arrows that determine the direction of our lives.
When the mind is renewed by the Word of God, the heart becomes fertile ground for peace, joy, and divine transformation. True change does not begin with what we do, but with what we think and believe.
