Having a Divine encounter with God depends on the individual, some encounter Him in different situations and place, like, the woman of samaria encountered Him at the wall, where she was fatching water , John 4: 5-30 while Moses encountered Him in the burning bush Exodus 3:1-14 someone can have a Divine encounter with God, also when we offer our body as a living sacrifice unto God. Romans 12:1-2 . Submitting yourself to his will, which is our reasonable service. It is when we have genuine salvation that, one can love his or her neighbor genuinely and love God too because God is love. He first loved us , that is why He gave His prescious son to die that we might live. Glory to God hallelujah Amen
