BUILD EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE
(2 Corinthians 4:8-9, Philippians 4:13)

Emotional resilience refers to the ability to cope with and bounce back from adversity, trauma, or significant stress. (Being able to manage and regulate your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in the face of challenges or adversity.)

When you are emotionally resilient, you learn to handle stress and difficult emotions, adapt to changing situations, learn from experiences, maintain a positive outlook and develop coping strategies and mechanisms.

Emotional resilience is not about avoiding challenges, but about facing them with courage, flexibility, and determination.

It can be developed and strengthened through simple practices like: Self-awareness, Mindfulness, Positive relationships, Self-care and Learning from experiences.
