COMPARE YOURSELF TO YOURSELF (Hebrews 12:1)
Speaking positive words to yourself is uplifting and helps keep depression at bay.
However, when you claim everything is fine, even in challenging situations, you stay afloat, not swimming or moving forward. This attitude leads to stagnation and a life of self-denial.
Regularly ask yourself: “Is this the best I can do?” Learn to compare yourself to yourself because life is a personal race. No two individuals have the same fingerprint or kingdom mandate.
Stop comparing yourself to others, and you’ll notice a significant shift in attitude and self-esteem. Focus on your progress, celebrate your achievements, and remember: it’s not about being better than someone else, but about being better than you were yesterday.
