CONSCIOUSLY FOCUS ON POSITIVE THOUGHTS
(Job 3:25, Romans 12:2)
Your mind believes and reflects what you constantly focus on, shaping your reality in that direction. The consolatory lies you tell yourself end up becoming the only reality in your mind, and it acts on it as if it is true (Out of the abundance of the mind/heart, the mouth speaks)
The things I greatly feared have come upon me, Job cried. That was a message to humanity then because there was no knowledge of neuropsychology and how our mindset manipulates who we become.
The mind constantly absorbs the positive or negative thoughts and acts on them.
(Focus determines mindset, influences character, and determines who we become at each moment of doubt and challenges.)
When you constantly create a positive mental rehearsal to replace those negative thoughts you have embraced, your mindset reprogrammes the neural pathways and drastically reduces stress and anxiety. (This is the transformation St Paul talked about)
