FAITH AS A SEED

Plant it with trust, water it with prayer, and watch it grow.

Luke 17:6 – “If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you.”

Faith is like a seed, small yet full of life and potential. A seed may look insignificant, but hidden within it is a future harvest. The growth of that seed depends not on its size, but on where and how it is planted.

Many people hold their faith tightly in their hands, admiring it, but never releasing it into the soil of obedience. Faith only multiplies when it is sown. When you trust God enough to act on His Word, you are planting the seed of faith. Each act of obedience is like watering that seed with prayer and nurturing it with patience.

Seeds do not grow overnight. They go through hidden seasons, buried, unseen, and sometimes forgotten. Yet deep within the soil, life is at work. So it is with faith. God often allows our faith to mature in silence, away from the eyes of men, until the appointed time for the harvest.

Do not despise the days of small beginnings. Every little act of faith counts. Keep believing, keep planting, and keep trusting. The seed of faith you sow today will blossom into a testimony tomorrow.
