“FROM CRIES TO CONVERSATIONS: Maturing in Prayer”
(Isaiah 1:18, Exodus 4:2)
Just as a baby cries for attention, an ordinary believer cries out to God for help. And in His mercy, God responds.
However, as faith grows, God invites us to elevate our conversation: “Come now, let us reason together” (Isaiah 1:18)
To the mature Christian, God asks:”What do you have in your hand that I can bless?” (Exodus 4:2)
“God invites us to share our vision, plans, and ideas, and He will bless and empower us mightily.”
As we mature, our prayers transition from desperate cries to collaborative and purposeful discussions.
From seeking mere rescue in times of trouble to seeking guidance and empowerment
Are you crying out for baby help or engaging in roundtable discussions with God? What’s in your hand, waiting for God’s blessing?
