PSALM 23: Day 5:

HE RESTORES MY SOUL
(Psalm 23:3a)

The principal purpose of Jesus’ earthly mission was to preach the good news and restore the lost Kingdom of God among men. Yet, as Jesus taught, restoration can only occur in the lives of those who willfully open their hearts to receive His transformative message and allow the Holy Spirit to renew their minds.

To be restored is to be made whole again; spirit, soul, and body. It means being revived from spiritual exhaustion, healed from emotional wounds, and set free from the bondage of sin, fear, or failure.

No matter how broken or spiritually drained you feel, the Lord’s invitation remains: “Come as you are.” and I will light up your fire again, restore your hopes, and create a new covenant and relationship with you.

God’s kind of restoration is complete, deep, and life-changing. He specializes in bringing beauty out of ashes and purpose out of pain.
