IF FEAR CAN MAKE YOU SICK, THEN FAITH CAN MAKE YOU WELL
(Matth 9:29)

Your thoughts directly affect your body chemistry. Negative thoughts can create sickness. When you entertain fearful ideas, your body releases stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline. Your heartbeat races, your blood pressure rises, and your immune system weakens—opening the door to illness.

If negative thoughts can damage your health, then positive thoughts, anchored in faith, can bring healing. Faith has the power to reprogram your inner system, neutralising the “hypothetical sentinels” that feed negative thoughts about your health and well-being.

God created every human being with an inbuilt power of self-healing. But until you learn how to apply this divine gift in daily life, you may continue to rely only on passive prayers without seeing visible results.

Jesus declared, “It is done unto you according to your faith.” Just as doubt and fear can make you sick, faith and belief can restore you to health—just as surely as typing the right commands makes a computer function properly.
