“LET THE POTTER RESHAPE YOU (Jeremiah 18:1-6)

God instructed Jeremiah, “Go down to the potter’s house, and there I will give you my message.” Jeremiah obeyed and witnessed the potter at work.

We are the clay, and God is the potter. Just as the potter shapes and molds the clay, God desires to shape, and refine us. When the potter’s initial creation went out of shape, he reshaped it into a new vessel, demonstrating his power to transform and perfect.

Similarly, when we make mistakes or falter, God can reshape us into perfect vessels. He continually asks us, “Can I not reshape you as the potter does with his pots?”

However, God’s transformation requires our willingness to be helped and reshaped. Until we surrender to His guidance, He will continue to work with those who are receptive.
