Our thoughts are complex patterns of thoughts intertwined with pathways planted over time in our subconscious mind. These thoughts form our mindset, and the prevailing negative or positive thoughts shape who we become.
This explains why the teacher in Proverbs constantly said, “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.”
The thoughts we focus on and nurture in our mind are like seeds. They germinate, grow, and either prosper or die in accordance with how we water and feed them.

- When you focus on cultivating positive thoughts, they lead to personal growth and development.
- Avoid focusing or Cultivating negative thoughts because they are toxic weeds that eventually become too difficult to eradicate.
