THE ROOT DETERMINES THE GROWTH AND PRODUCTION
(John 15:5-15, Romans 11:17-26)
Grafting is a process of joining two plants together to grow as one. The root or stock sustains the branch that is grafted into it.
Jesus said: “I am the Vine/Stock, and you are the branches grafted in me. (When you joined with me and I with you, the relationship becomes intimate, and the harvest is sure to be abundant.)
God grafted the believing Gentiles into His stock making them children of Abraham. Salvation is free, it starts with accepting Jesus as your Lord and saviour (a.k.a “Born again”)but maintenance requires diligence, character, work, and prayers until you become a kingdom citizen.
Being ‘Born Again’ can be paragoned to obtaining a ‘Stay Permit’ in a foreign country. You will then be required to spend another ten years working, integrating and understanding the Use, Customs, Culture and Traditions of that country before applying for its citizenship
Jesus commanded, “Remain in me, and I will remain in you.” This is the way to grow spiritually and the road map to have a ‘Good Success’.
