TIME AND MAN: Two Perspectives on Time
(Psalm 90:4, 2Peter3:8)

1. Human limitation: We are trapped in time constraints like a dot in the timing chain. When our scene has played out, we fall out and get replaced instantly with others.
2. Divine ownership: Time belongs to God. He is timeless and eternal in nature.

Biblical perceptions

1. Psalm 90:4 – “A thousand years in Your sight are like an evening gone.”
2. 2 Peter 3:8 – “One day is like a thousand years in God’s presence, and a thousand years is like a day.”

Our freedom becomes manifest when we recognize God’s sovereignty over time and live beyond the temporal boundaries of time.

Our choices and decisions define our legacy in the timeline.
