ANGER IS A SPIRIT
“Be angry, and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, nor give place to the devil.” (Ephesians 4:26–27)
Frustration is the seed, and anger is the harvest. When our desires are blocked or our expectations disappointed, frustration stirs within us, seeking release.
The Frustration–Aggression Theory reminds us that anger often follows frustration, directed straight at the source of our pain. Yet, the Word of God teaches us to master this spirit before it masters us.
Anger is not merely an emotion. It is a spirit that seeks entry into the heart. It divides families, weakens communities, and blinds us to love.
Anger is the silent destroyer behind many conflicts in homes, churches, workplaces, and nations.
When frustration grows unchecked, it opens a door for anger to enter, and soon after, bitterness, hatred, and violence follow.
True peace begins when we learn not to frustrate others, but to cultivate understanding and patience. It begins when we surrender our impulses to the Spirit of God, allowing Him to calm the storms within. Remember, peace is not the absence of problems, but the presence of divine control.
