Emotional well-being refers to a state of being where an individual can manage their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in a way that allows them to, Cope with stress and challenges, Build strong relationships, Make informed decisions, Feel a sense of purpose and fulfillment and Experience positive emotions like joy, gratitude, and love.

Emotional well-being encompasses various aspects, including: Self-awareness, Self-regulation, Emotional resilience, Positive relationships, Effective communication , Mindfulness and self-care

That is why St Paul charged us saying: In everything and situation, give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

  1. This varies depending on what is occupying ur mind
    Or what u allow ur heart to store
    Negativity aspect should never ever be stored or held bound cos it kills the body n soul with out the person knowing
    The issues of this world weigh some people down in a terrible way
    Especially when it involves loved ones
    That might occur either through death , or otherwise
    But still in everything in prayer and supplication with thanksgiving we take it to God
    Who knows the end from the beginning
    That can give us peace that passes human understanding
